I am proud of myself that I was able to get more blog posts out there this month! I’m hoping to continue this trend in April.

Getting Personal:

Well, I’m pretty sure my story for the past month is much the same as most of yours. But, we had a little bit of time at the beginning of March before we all had to go into quarantine.

I got to help lead worship at church at the beginning of the month. Then I volunteered to help with my church’s Children’s Consignment Sale, which helps to fund our chapter of MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers), of which I am a member. We also had a horrible tornado that ripped through Nashville at the beginning of the month, so that threw a kink in my daughter’s schooling. Thankfully we are safe (it hit north and east of us). After a week off for tornado relief, my daughter was able to go back to school for two more days before it was cancelled for COVID-19.

Now, we have been home ever since. My husband is working from home now, so that definitely helps keep me from going insane with a stir-crazy toddler running around the house. My church has started virtual Bible studies, so that has been a lovely addition to our schedule. My book club is going to meet virtually for the first time next week, so that should be interesting!

Also, in kind of big and scary, but also very exciting news, I finally submitted my application to grad school! I am hoping to get my masters in Library Science to pursue becoming a school librarian! I’m really excited, and I hope that I get in 🙂

My April TBR Pile:
