WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World Of Words! All you have to do is answer the following three questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you currently reading?
I have been making slow progress on Dragonfly in Amber, mainly because I was trying to get through Mary B before it’s release date. However, I am determined to try to finish this book by the end of the month!!
I just picked My Lady Jane up, and I am fully anticipating absolutely loving it (if everyone else in the blogosphere is to be believed 😉 )
The Endless Beach is my current audio book. I am a huge fan of Jenny Colgan, and I listened to the first book in this series, The Cafe by the Sea a few weeks ago. When I found out there was a sequel, I had to get it!
By the way, I am flying through audio books super fast right now. I am working at a flower shop, and I spend a lot of time making deliveries. Because of this, I get to spend a lot of time listening to audio books at work. It has absolutely revolutionized the speed at which I finish books! Plus, I get to read all of the time now – why didn’t I get into audio books sooner?!
What did you recently finish reading?
I listened to Undead Girl Gang on audio, and I really liked it. I was a big fan of Mila’s sarcastic sense of humor, and I loved the banter between all of the girls. I really did not see the twist coming, so that was fun too! (4 Stars)
I absolutely loved Love & Gelato!! You can read more about my thoughts in my review! (5 Stars)
I also listened to Educated on audio. I had heard lots of people compare this to The Glass Castle, and I completely agree. I felt so much frustration and anger at her family! I kept yelling at the book, which elicited some questioning looks, but it was totally worth it! (5 Stars)
Mary B was my NetGalley ARC of the week. It is being released on July 24th, so you can look forward to my review of this one on Monday!
What do you think you’ll read next?
Crash Override is my book club’s pick for the month of July. It is definitely not a book I would generally pick up, so I am pretty intrigued!
I have had Girl Online on my TBR shelf for a zillion years! I feel like this will be a good, light read for me after all of the somewhat heavy reading of the past couple of weeks.
Have you read any of these books? What are your thoughts on them? Let me know down in the comments!
Love and happy reading,
Good luck with Dragonfly! That one is a beast to get through. I liked it though.

Thanks! Yeah, I think part of it is just me being intimidated by how long it is. I need to just get over it and sit down and read!!

Lol, I felt the same with her books. You need a bloody vacation just to read them.

Good for you! I am far too much of a scaredy cat to read any of his books haha

I’ve only read one other book by him not including it and neither one of them have been scary to me.

Oh My Lady Jane! I was so nervous to read that book, because of everything I have heard about it. The hype. It’s scary sometimes, haha and my expectations were soooo high. I’m happy to say that I found this book really fun though, I hope you’ll feel the same way! 😀
Love & Gelato has been on my TBR for AGES haha, so happy you enjoyed it so much -I’ll have to give it a try someday 😀
Happy reading! 😀

I know, I feel the same way about super hyped books! That’s part of why I waited a while to start reading My Lady Jane!
