WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World Of Words! All you have to do is answer the following three questions:

What are you currently reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m back!! I took a two week hiatus from the blog, which was much needed. So, as a result, the list of books will be a little bit odd (and loooong) this week. I missed all of you, and thank you again for being so sweet and supportive of me when I decided to take a small break. 🙂

What are you currently reading?

stationeleven

After the longest time of putting it off, I am finally reading Station Eleven! This book has been recommended by so many people, and I was able to get it through Scribd on audio, so I just started listening to it yesterday.

psistillloveyou

I am working my way through this series this week. I am about halfway through P.S. I Still Love You, and I hope to start the last book tomorrow or the next day. My husband wants to watch the movie, but I told him he has to wait until I’m done reading the series, so I’m trying to hurry a bit, but these books are easy to hurry through 😉

What did you recently finish reading?

dragonflyinamber

I’m finally finished!!!!!! Yaaaaaaayyyyyyy!!!!! Dragonfly in Amber was a struggle bus to get through, but I ended up still giving it four stars because of the quality of the writing, and the characters that I love. I have heard that this book is not as good as the next one, so I’m excited to start on book three soon. There will be a review coming for this soon, so keep your eyes peeled for that. (4 Stars)

trulydevious

I absolutely loved Truly Devious! There are not a ton of YA mysteries out there, so this certainly filled a need in the book world. I am a huge fan of historical fiction, as y’all know, so I enjoyed the flashback sequences in this book. But I actually really loved the mystery in the present day sections. It also made me wish that I had gone to a fun, historic high school haha. And that ending…I cannot wait for book two to come out!! (5 Stars)

thebookseller

I listened to The Bookseller on audio, and I have to say that it really surprised me. I wasn’t expecting to like this book so much. It took it a little while to get into a groove for me, but once it did I was hooked on the story. I really didn’t see the twist coming until fairly far into the book, so that was also fun for me. This is a great read for anyone who enjoys time-travel and a little bit of a mystery. (4 Stars)

agentlemaninmoscow

A Gentleman in Moscow was my book club’s pick for the month of August. I ended up liking this book quite a bit. I listened to it on audio, and I will say that I think that helped me get through some of the slower, political bits. I also wish I had known a little bit more about Russian history before reading this book. But, the main character was delightful, and I found the plot intriguing and fun to follow. (4 Stars)

listentoyourheart

I needed a few palate cleansers, and Kasie West books are generally good for that. Listen to Your Heart was a cute, light-hearted teen romance. I enjoyed it, and it was a fun, easy read. It gave me exactly what I was looking for. (4 Stars)

littlefireseverywhere

Little Fires Everywhere was a fantastic book. I put off reading it for a while, because of the hype, but I think I need to stop being scared of that. Often, the hype is well deserved, which was certainly the case with this book. The audiobook narrator was fantastic. I adored the characters, even the ones I didn’t like, which is a huge feat for me! Fantastic read! (5 Stars)

toalltheboysi'velovedbefore

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is sweet, fun and hunger-inducing! I’m making my way through this series this week so I can watch the movie with my husband. I plan to write up a trilogy of mini-reviews for the series, in conjunction with a review of the movie. That should go up sometime this month. (4.5 Stars)

What do you think you’ll read next?

childrenofbloodandbone

I am finally going to read Children of Blood and Bone!! This is our book club’s pick for September (it’s my pick!!), and I cannot wait to pick it up! I’ll be starting this as soon as I am done with the Jenny Han series.

alwaysandforeverlarajean

I’ll be starting Always and Forever, Lara Jean as soon as I’m done with book two…which will probably be tonight, to be perfectly honest haha

Have you read any of these books? What are your thoughts on them? What are you currently reading? Let me know down in the comments!

Love and happy reading,

  1. Glad you are back! Great reading!! YAYYY!! You finished it!! I’m currently in book 3. I’m about 600 pages in. I’m hoping to finish soon, so I can read book 4 along with the show in November!! I loved doing that for half the season last year.
