WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World Of Words! All you have to do is answer the following three questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you currently reading?
I am making steady progress on Dragonfly in Amber. I have decided to make my goal be one chapter per day, which should put me at finishing it up around the second week of September. I am currently sitting at 27%.
I just started Hunting Prince Dracula, so I don’t have any thoughts yet. But I absolutely adored Stalking Jack the Ripper, so I knew I needed to continue the series immediately! Be looking out for a double review sometime soon 🙂
What did you recently finish reading?
**I had a weirdly super productive reading week…I finished 6 books!! I had no idea I had read that much until I sat down to write this post 😂 **
I finished The Eye Opener on Sunday, and posted my review for it a couple of days ago. You can read it here. (3 Stars)
I listened to Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe on audiobook. I have heard so many people rave about this book, and now I completely understand why. I loved the relationship between Ari and Dante. It was such a wonderful and realistic look at how we grow and learn in our teens. My little heart was so happy while listening to this book, even more so because it was narrated by Lin-Manuel Miranda 🙂 (5 Stars)
I have put off reading Stalking Jack the Ripper for so long, partly because of the hype and partly because of the association with James Patterson (what can I say, being a bookseller jaded me). But, I am so glad I finally picked this up because it was absolutely fantastic!! (5 Stars)
I listened to Belgravia on audiobook as well. As I stated before, Juliet Stevenson was a phenomenal narrator, which made the audio experience of this novel so enjoyable. I was not a huge fan of this book in the beginning, as I felt that it was a little slow with a fairly uninteresting plot. I’m not sure at what point that changed, but by the end I was completely enthralled and couldn’t wait to see how the story ended! (4.5 Stars)
I got Noteworthy unexpectedly early on the Libby app, so I scrambled to get it read quickly. This was another book that had a bit of a slow start, but by the end I was really enjoying it! Jordan was such a fun character. I really enjoyed getting to watch her grow and figure out who she really was. Anyone who is a fan of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and Pitch Perfect, then this is the feel good summer read for you! (4 Stars)
I actually finished the audiobook for Zenn Diagram in one day, as it is fairly short and sweet. It was a cute love story with some fun geeky elements thrown in, as well as a little bit of fantastical elements. All in all, it was a fun, light summer read that I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a little bit of romance. (3.5 Stars)
What do you think you’ll read next?
I got a copy of The Late Bloomers’ Club from Penguin’s First to Read program. It was just published a couple of weeks ago, so I want to get to it as quickly as I can.
Truly Devious is going to be a buddy read with my friend Jessica. We are supposed to start reading it on the 13th. I’m hoping I can maybe convince her to write up a review of it with me here on the blog! 😉
Have you read any of these books? What are your thoughts on them? Let me know down in the comments!
Love and happy reading,
Great books ❤
Happy reading

Zenn Diagram was one of my first Netgalley reads. It was really cute! I’ve also heard a lot about Stalking Jack the Ripper and Truly Devious.

Yes, it was really cute! I loved Stalking Jack the Ripper, and I’m hoping the second book will be just as good. And I’ve heard really good things about Truly Devious
