The past two months I read a total of 16 books! I am at 87 books read so far, so I am still on track to hit my goal of 100 books for the year. I am, once again, doing a ton of different reading challenges, so I will be including those in my monthly wrap-ups as well.

2022 was a pretty good, and eventful, year for me! I had a hysterectomy for medical reasons. I started a new job that I love. My daughter started kindergarten. My best friend had a baby. I got to go on an amazing trip to New York that my husband surprised me with. And I read, a lot. 🙂
I’m posting this a little bit late this month, but better late than never, right? This month I read a total of 10 books! I made my yearly goal smaller this year, so I am definitely on track to hit my goal of 100 books for the year. There are so many amazing sounding books coming out this year! I am so excited for them, and I wanted to share with you the ones that I’m looking forward to the most.
2021, as a whole, was actually a pretty normal year for us. Aside from continued COVID precautions, getting vaccinated, getting started promoting my wedding music business again, traveling back to Nashville for a vacation, having a crazy blizzard at the beginning of the year, starting my monthly tea parties again, and reading more than I ever have before. Huh. I guess it was more eventful than I thought 😉
I have been seeing this tag all over the blog-o-verse, as well as on BookTube, and it seemed like so much fun! I have read a total of 83 books in the first half of the year. I thought this would be a fun way to take stock of what I have read so far and evaluate what I want to read for the second half of the year. Here we go!
